If you have a sizing or fault issue and can assure us the items are unworn we will be happy to offer a full credit if the following is met:
- Please assure the item is returned within 14 days.
- The item was not purchased on sale or promotion.
- Unworn items must be returned with swing tickets and hygiene stickers attached. Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse to exchange items where we reasonably consider that these regulations have not been respected.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
How Do I return my Item?
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject ‘Return’ and include your order number and name of items you wish to return.
- Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Jessika Rabbit will not accept any items returned damaged.
- Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide.
How do I return a faulty Item?
- Please email email@example.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement asap.
- Any faults that occur after 6 months of purchase will not be accepted.
**Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced**
