If you have tried on the item we just expect that you return the product in in a new and unused condition, with hygiene stickers attached. 

Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear.  In the interest of hygiene, as we may refuse to exchange items where we reasonably consider that these regulations have not been respected.
